Our Purpose

Alpha Omega Money Management is an educational financial literacy organization with a focus on women and young adults. We aim to increase the understanding of basic money management skills for women and young adults. Our team conducts workshops in the inner city through partnerships with community and church-based organizations.

Alpha Omega Money Management assists clients in understanding and implementing debt management. We help you understand the building wealth within our inner cities. Our team will be instrumental in transforming young adults from renters to homeowners.

Our Founder

Jethella Nolan-Young is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She spent years with large and small organizations assisting with budgeting and finance but her passion was helping clients with their personal finances.

Jethella began managing a household budget at 14 years of age after the death of her mother. She learned the importance of involving the entire household and ensuring everyone was responsible for their part. She knows how to keep it simple which is what her clients love about her style of money management.
